About My Clients
I work with adults seeking care for depression, anxiety, OCD, mood and thought disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses. I also support women’s issues and survivors of sexual trafficking. Many of my patients come to me for medication management or SPRAVATO® when other treatments haven’t worked. Together, we build a treatment plan that supports stability, progress, and overall well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a physician assistant with more than 10 years of experience in psychiatric care across inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings. At Relief Mental Health, I provide psychiatric medication management and SPRAVATO® treatment for adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, mood and thought disorders, trauma, dual diagnosis, and women’s issues. My background includes crisis intervention, emergency psychiatric management, treatment planning, and leadership in inpatient psychiatric care, as well as teaching and mentoring future clinicians. I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach, developing personalized treatment plans that address both symptoms and long-term goals. When beneficial, I connect patients with additional services such as TMS, therapy, or external resources to ensure comprehensive support.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should meet each patient where they are, honoring their unique story and challenges. Treatment is most effective when it’s collaborative, empowering patients to actively participate in their care. I value creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard and respected, especially those facing complex issues such as trauma or dual diagnoses. I also believe in the importance of integrating resources and services to support long-term recovery and resilience. My goal is to help patients find meaningful progress, stability, and improved quality of life through thoughtful, personalized care.
