With the ebbs and flows of life, you may find yourself stuck navigating a challenging stressor, grief and loss, anxiety or depression.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, I use a person centered approach incorporating aspects of cognitive and dialectal behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy. With experience in both integrated health and private practice settings, I have worked with both teens and adults.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable space to promote healing. Mental health affects us all in one way or another, and I am hoping to help you step forward into growth and bloom with grace.
