About My Clients
I serve adults, adolescents, and couples. Anyone looking for supportive introspection and help with anxiety, depression, existential thoughts, difficulty during a transitional period, or relational therapy.
My Background and Approach
With a foundation in psychotherapy and art therapy education from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, Jules adeptly integrates narrative therapy tools and expressive art techniques to guide clients through introspection of difficult choices, inquiries, and personal symbolism. Through mindfulness practices, individuals will develop invaluable skills for managing anxiety, depression, existential queries, grief, and interpersonal conflicts. By utilizing narrative therapy tools, Jules collaborates with clients to explore their personal stories, enabling the reframing of narratives and the exploration of alternate perspectives that may lead to new insights. Beyond therapy, Jules draws inspiration from nature, music, and literature, often incorporating their calming influences into her work with clients.
