About My Clients
I have experience working with adults (ages 18+) with a variety of mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma, BPD, life stressors, relationships, sleep issues and life transitions. I use a variety of evidence based treatments such as CBT, DBT, prolonged exposure, ACT, motivational interviewing, CPT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. I previously worked as a DBT therapist and I also have experience working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
My Background and Approach
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota. I have also completed a certificate training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I understand that life can create several stresses and obstacles that can impact our mental health. In therapy, I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I use a collaborative approach to help you overcome your obstacles and achieve your goals.
