You may feel like your mind is always on, looping through intrusive thoughts, worries, or “what ifs” that you can’t seem to turn off. It can be exhausting to carry that alone. I work with adults living with OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma who want to feel more at ease in their own minds and more connected to who they are. I bring a calm, steady presence to therapy, along with a genuine understanding of how overwhelming these experiences can feel.
My Background and Approach
Treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches for OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, and EMDR. Sessions are collaborative and thoughtfully paced to support insight, skill building, and relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy shouldn't be confusing and should truly take a collaborative approach. I want to make sure you feel safe, supported, and that we are going at a pace that feels good for YOU. My style is direct but also warm and supportive. You are in therapy to grow into yourself, and I hope to be a helpful guide in your journey.
