My Background and Approach
I work with women in their 20s and 30s to notice these patterns and gently explore what it feels like to trust yourself, set boundaries, and be fully seen. Together, we’ll honor how your coping strategies have served you while practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you notice where you’ve learned to stay small and begin practicing what it feels like to live bigger, more confidently, and with your own needs finally in view. If you’re feeling unsure about where to start, that’s completely okay. Therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions you have, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
