About My Clients
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are becoming? Maybe you're facing anxiety, depression, or major life changes and don’t know where to start. You might feel like you’re carrying too much and have lost connection with yourself. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Through a creative and collaborative approach, I help clients untangle challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their values and sense of possibility.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Creative Arts Therapist specializing in helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. I hold a Master’s in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from New York University. Integrating Art Therapy, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I take an intuitive, collaborative approach grounded in respect for each person’s journey. Therapy with me is a space to explore challenges openly and develop strategies for change—whether through conversation or creative expression. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward what feels meaningful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know the importance of feeling seen and understood. I believe in therapy as a place to reconnect with your strengths, not just focus on struggles. My background in inpatient psychiatry taught me that real change happens through collaboration, creativity, and honoring each person’s resilience and unique path forward.
