My Background and Approach
I am an experienced therapist that has 10 years with a specification in trauma work. I use the professional experiences of working in a psychiatric facility, substance abuse rehab, prison etc to tailor the EMDR approach that will work best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my personal belief that we are all capable of tackling the challenges that life often presents us with as long as we are aware of the tools that are accessible to us and EMDR is one of those tools.
