About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I bring a diverse background and range of interests to my work. I was trained in Gestalt therapy, have completed comprehensive training in Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy, received different approaches of Trauma training, and attended a Self-Inquiry group from a Non-Dual perspective. I have practiced zen meditation for years and am drawn to the creative process painting and Taoist wisdom. My approach is to bring non-dual wisdom and the integration of the body-mind-heart-spirit into a unique healing process for my clients.

Healing is our birthright, and everyone can and deserves to heal. As a life learner, I believe that a deep self-inquiry process can lead us to freedom and truth. With my mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches, I provide a warm, safe and supportive space for you to explore and investigate all parts of your life issues as well as your potential and possibility. I will also help you to develop awareness and get in touch with your inner strength and wisdom to support you on your healing process. Ultimately, you will be able to integrate every aspect of you and finding you own way to be in the world. I’m a licensed bilingual (English and Chinese Mandarin) psychotherapist offering counseling for individuals, couples, and families in San Francisco.
