About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent adults, especially those with ADHD, autism, or both, who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They’re often insightful and capable, but struggle to translate that into consistent, sustainable change. They’re ready to better understand how their brain works and build practical tools that support a more grounded, self-directed life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a focus on supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism. My work is grounded in both clinical training and lived understanding of how complex and nonlinear growth can be. I take a practical, insight-driven approach that emphasizes self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable change over quick fixes. I integrate evidence-based practices with real-world strategies, tailoring each session to fit how your brain works, not how it “should” work. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in respect. I aim to help you untangle patterns, build effective tools, and move forward with greater clarity, stability, and self-trust.
