My life experiences and training as a LPC and Master Addiction Counselor will inform our collaboration in therapy. This faith based practice focuses on pertinent issues for women of all ages who want to live their lives to the fullest. Don't let anxiety, fear, stress or addictions (food, alcohol, drugs, spending, etc.) deter you from maximizing your potential. I also have extensive experience with adolescents and welcome appointments with ages 13 - 17. These years are challenging and therapy helps. Substances (alcohol, drugs, food) and self-defeating behaviors (overspending, unhealthy relationships, obsessive social media) are frequently used to self-medicate painful emotions. There are better ways to soothe and nurture yourself. As we work together to replace toxic emotions with hope and positivity, you will discover the problem is not the problem.
