About My Clients
We all deserve and need safe spaces as we navigate the complexities of life, and I am here to be with you. I will support you as you (re)learn to trust yourself, listen for what you truly need and explore how to meet those needs. My orientation is grounded in the belief that we are all born into this world with an innate ability to know deeply what we need. Sometimes we move away from those beliefs, and I am here to help you get back to who you truly are.
My Background and Approach
With 20+ years of experience, I hold a bachelor's in psychology from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's in social work from University of Chicago. I am trained in interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic and trauma-informed modalities, as well as mindfulness, compassion, and Buddhist psychology.
