My Background and Approach
My approach is one of collaboration which includes gathering a comprehensive understanding of your current challenges as a couple. However, as part of this process, I also gather information on what I call your “love story” as a couple. What worked in the beginning, what you loved and liked about each other. Together, we use this historical data to gather information about your strength as a couple, in addition to an assessment of your relationship goals. Through a process of identifying damaging patterns that may contribute to conflict, we will use various techniques and homework assignments geared towards specifically addressing your unique needs as couple. Relationships are not easy! It takes much commitment, motivation, listening, compassion and understanding that you are on the same team.
