Judith is proficient with helping clients work through their struggles with general anxiety, depression, grief and all those things that cause us unsolicited general stress. With a specialty in working with adolescents, millennials and young professionals in their 20s and 30’s who are looking for guidance on their life path. My Background and Approach
Here at Pure Hope Counseling we use (CBT) in combination with many other proven theoretical approaches when applicable. We believe that in providing a safe, non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic environment our clients are able to reflect on, accept and manifest changes in their lives that foster a positive self-image, the ability to cope with life stressors, better decision making skills and an overall sense of love and belonging.
