I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years experience. I utilize CBT, DBT, and EMDR therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it is the therapeutic rapport that helps promote healing and positive change. I like to meet people where they are at with a non-judgemental approach. I want to balance support with encouragement for positive change. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, so I am personally familiar with those issues. I am a cisgender female and use she/her.
