Now serving WA, AZ, and ID! Is it time to get yourself together so you can be your best self? You are just the client I want to see! We all go through blends and transitions in our lives. Getting support for those during our difficult times in life is just what I offer. My hope is that you will rediscover your inner strength through our work together and find the tools to combat what has you feeling blue. In addition to insurance, I accept WA Therapy Fund vouchers.
My Background and Approach
My experience includes fitness instruction of yoga and Pilates. I believe in incorporating movement and meditation into my therapy practice as clients gain trust and comfort, are able, and express interest to resolve issues of depression, anxiety, panic, attention deficit, and the ups and downs that come with life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Black Lives Matter! I am a Christian and welcome clients of faith to bring this up in sessions as they feel fit. I come from a military family, so the appeal of routine, regimen, and structure is something I can relate to. I am naturally a high achiever/Type A, and many of my clients may identify this way as well.
