About My Clients
I help women overcome impacts of trauma that can cause to anxiety, depression and/or PTSD. Together we'll develop tools to manage emotions caused by anxiety and/or depression, regain control, develop strong boundaries, build self-esteem, and interpersonal skills.
My Background and Approach
I aim to support you throughout your journey as you strive to rediscover or establish a sense of self, overcome the effects of trauma, and embrace a fulfilled life. Not ready to process trauma, no worries, I will meet you where you are in the session and we will work on present-day challenges. There's no one size fits all therapy, so together we will decide which treatment is most beneficial. Between sessions, depending on what we decide I might assign small homework tasks that help further self-development and growth outside of sessions.

I am passionate about helping you become the version of yourself that you envision. Everyone deserves to heal, I am a BIOPIC and LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming therapist.
