My Background and Approach
Look, we all know that we aren't all the same and, ideally, therapy should reflect that. That's why my approach to therapy is very eclectic, as I pull from multiple approaches to tailor the sessions to you. Are you a solution oriented person? Does family play a major role in who you are today? Have you been believing the negative thoughts you have about yourself? If so, there are multiple strategies that we could utilize to help you overcome the challenges that have made it difficult for you to be the best version of yourself. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Words matter. Communication is key. We've all heard these statements multiple times in our lives. But what many of us have a hard time realizing is that these phrases don't just apply to our relationships with others. Sometimes the harshest words we hear come from within and it's the communication that we have with ourselves that could use a tune up. That's one of the many things that we would address in therapy during our time together. Particularly, because having a healthy relationship with ourselves allows us to have healthy relationships in our lives. At the end of the day, I strongly believe that you, the client, are the expert of who you are. After all, who has spent more time being you than you have? The way I see it, you're driving the car and I'm riding shotgun. I'm just here to help you navigate various twists and turns on the road of life!
