My Background and Approach
I have training and experience in working with people who experience anxiety in their personal relationships, as well as with clients who have experienced difficult events in their past. I have lots of tools for helping client with their current difficulties, as well as past events that are still affecting them. I will help you examine your thoughts and interpretations and sort out fact from fiction. I will teach you tools to help you cope with distressing emotions, and help you figure out ways to approach your relationships more effectively. I will help you find ways to move forward from traumatic events in your past.

I care a lot about my clients. My goal as a therapist is to be as effective as possible in helping my clients find peace, happiness, and fulfillment in their lives. Clients find me supportive and helpful. I help clients become the best version of themselves through the experience of personal growth. My clients feel heard and understood so that they can find the courage to face their problems. I provide a therapeutic atmosphere that is both relaxed and casual, as well as serene. I want you to feel at home in my home office and feel free to express your feelings and concerns so that together we can find ways to help you move forward with confidence.
