About My Clients
You are a young adult, navigating the complexities of adulthood. And let's be honest...you have no idea what you're doing, who you are, or what you believe in. You are realizing that your current belief system may not align with the religion you were brought up in. I see you. You deserve to be able to explore these concepts free of judgment, even if it feels scary. I am here to help you assess your values and define what you believe. Let your most authentic self shine through!
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. I obtained my Master’s in Counseling at NC State University, and I received my Bachelors in Sociology with a minor in African American Studies from The University of Georgia. Throughout my training, I have gained experience working in both private practice counseling and university settings. In both settings, I have primarily worked with young adults and minority groups. My education has prepared me to successfully work with various races, socioeconomic groups, genders, and cultures. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, narrative therapy, ACT, and existential concepts.
