About My Clients

I work with adults exploring whether autism or AuDHD may be part of their story. Many are late-identified, high-masking, and have spent years feeling different while functioning well on the outside. Clients often experience social exhaustion, sensory overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, or chronic self-doubt. Many are thoughtful, capable professionals or caregivers who have been working much harder than others could see.

My Background and Approach

Being neurodivergent myself shapes the way I sit with people. It gives me a lived understanding and helps me recognize patterns that may not be obvious in traditional clinical settings. I approach each assessment with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Assessments are collaborative and paced with care, using direct communication, reflective inquiry, and a sensory- and nervous-system–aware lens. I integrate clinical training with lived experience to approach each evaluation with nuance and care. This process is not only about determining whether autism is present, but about helping you understand how your brain works, make sense of lifelong patterns, and identify supports that fit your needs moving forward.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe neurodivergence is a natural form of human diversity, not something that needs to be fixed. Many challenges come from living in environments that don’t understand or support your nervous system, rather than from something being wrong with you. Assessment should feel respectful, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. You are the expert on your life. My role is to listen carefully, notice patterns, and help make sense of the bigger picture without pathologizing who you are. Clarity can be powerful. When your experiences finally have language, it can shift how you see yourself, your past, and your needs. My goal is to provide a process that feels human, affirming, and meaningful.
