About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or unsure how to navigate a major life transition. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma that still impacts your daily life, or you simply want a safe space to talk through what you’re carrying. My clients often want to feel more in control of their emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping. Above all, they are looking for support, understanding, and tools that can help them move forward.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s working and what’s not to create meaningful change. I draw on a variety of approaches to build coping skills and strengthen resilience. I am currently pursuing EMDR training to further support clients in healing from trauma.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, valued, and empowered to work through the challenges they face. With personal experience in managing anxiety, depression, and trauma, I understand the importance of self-care and mental health. I am committed to helping others find their strength and build effective coping skills for life’s ups and downs. I am strong advocate for human rights and empowering my clients to live authentically.
