I work with clients who want to get help quickly and don't want to spend years in therapy. Through all stages of life, from birth to death, I help couples, families and individuals get through troubled times, tackle new and old problems and develop realistic and sustainable ways of living. We answer questions like "how will you know therapy is helping you?" and "what changes will others notice about you that will help increase your confidence that therapy is working?" My Background and Approach
My approach with clients is solution-oriented, collaborative and brief. Problems are identified, however the focus of our work is on the life you want to live in which your problems are less noticeable or are gone. My approach tends to be brief, meaning you don’t spend more time in therapy than you need to be. Each session is effective and outcome-driven, answering the question “am I getting what I came here to get?"
