About My Clients
After 15 years working in some of the biggest agencies and outpatient clinics in Arizona, I know what works and what doesn't. Everyone is unique and there's no 'one size fits all' solution. The only 'right' way is the way that works for you. Whether you strive for sobriety, aim to moderate, or use drugs or alcohol to cope with other struggles, I'm here to provide you with the help you deserve in a safe and supportive environment.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) with a master’s degree in Addictions Counseling and over 15 years experience working in behavioral health. I’ve also been sober from my own drug and alcohol abuse since 2011. I know seeking counseling, especially for substance use, can be intimidating in a lot of ways. I've been there. I know what did and did not work for me and I consider that every time I meet someone. I pride myself on being nonjudgmental and welcoming to all people. I’ll lean on my educational background, professional training, and personal life experience to be of service to you.
