My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. Many struggle with overthinking, relational conflict, trauma, family estrangement, or loneliness. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from trying to figure everything out alone. My clients want relief, clarity, and healthier relationships—and they’re ready to better understand what’s shaping their reactions so they can move forward with more peace and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, relational conflict, family estrangement, and loneliness. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful overthinkers who feel stuck in their heads, unsure how to move forward or create meaningful change in their relationships. My goal is to help clients slow down, better understand what’s shaping their reactions, and find more grounded ways of responding to life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful. I use evidence-based therapeutic tools alongside deeper emotional work to help clients feel more regulated, gain clarity, and develop healthier patterns in relationships. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you, creating space to explore difficult experiences while building skills that support lasting change. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or hurt in the past. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
