About My Clients
I work frequently with adolescents, adults, and families. I have significant experience in working with anxiety disorders (including phobias and OCD), depression, family conflict, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I prefer a collaborative approach, working together with you to custom build a plan for your unique personality and needs. I have experience and training in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
