About My Clients
My ideal clients are "Double-Outsiders"—high-achieving professionals navigating the intersection of queer identity and neurodivergence (ADHD/RSD). You look "put together" but are internally exhausted by a hyper-vigilant "Internal Auditor" tracking every perceived failure. Whether you're a Tech Lead in Philly or a Creative in Brooklyn, you aren't looking for basic coping skills. You want a high-trust advocate to help you dismantle the internal courtroom and find unmasked joy.
My Background and Approach
I use "The Internal Legal System of the Marginalized Heart" framework to move beyond "management" toward radical authenticity. My approach is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, designed for those whose needs are often pathologized. For individuals: We build ADHD scaffolding that respects your brain's unique wiring, moving from burnout to sustainable ambition. For couples: I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to untangle high-conflict cycles and build a "secure base." I am a telehealth specialist serving PA. To minimize the "ADHD Tax" of billing, I am Thrizer-integrated—most clients only pay their co-pay out-of-network while I handle the rest. You deserve a specialist who speaks your language fluently—no explaining BDSM, polyamory, or why you can't "just use a planner" here. We focus on somatic sovereignty: building a nervous system that finally feels like home.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At Queer Pathways, I believe therapy should feel like a manifesto, not a clinical manual. As a member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community and a neurodivergent advocate, I am committed to dismantling the systemic and internal structures of shame that target those of us at the margins. I believe your "too much-ness" is actually your visionary edge. My practice is a sanctuary for those navigating Kink, BDSM, and non-traditional relational structures. I stand for radical authenticity and the right to live without the "Garbage Coat" of societal expectations. When I’m not in the clinical space, I’m advocating for neuro-inclusive professional environments and somatic healing.
