Accepting Clients

As a gay man in recovery, and a professional with ADHD, I’ve often felt the pressure to not only fit in but to be perfect.

About My Clients

My collaborative approach is grounded in empathy and the belief that therapy is not about perfection—it’s about authenticity. We're working towards being real, true to ourselves, and embracing our imperfections. In addition to working with the LGBTQ+ and recovery communities, I'm passionate about helping adolescents and families navigate today's challenges.

My Background and Approach

I take a client-centered approach, meaning we will create a customized treatment plan together. We will work collaboratively to find the strategies & solutions that best suit you. I’ve learned that the person is never the problem—it’s the problem that’s the problem! Through our work, we'll dismantle the inner critic and lean into a life of passion & purpose.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Every person is inherently worthy, though it can sometimes be difficult to recognize or embrace that truth. Small changes often lead to bigger transformations, and if you’re like me, you might want to fix everything today. It’s that pursuit of perfection that can lead to issues like anxiety, depression, relational stressors, addiction, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we’ll work toward silencing the inner critic and instead build a life that is purposeful, passionate, and authentic.
