My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, blending psychodynamic and family systems perspectives, mindfulness, Buddhist-inspired wisdom, and acceptance and commitment approaches to support meaningful growth and self-understanding. Because life can be unpredictable, I help cultivate a steady sense of peace to return to as waves of change arise. In our work together, we’ll gently explore creative ways to meet life’s challenges. My mission is to offer my clients new understanding of their experiences, and new experiences from that understanding. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding and strengthening skills that help you move beyond surviving and toward truly thriving.
