Starting a new chapter can feel exciting & overwhelming. For some, it may be about reconciling painful experiences, anxiety, and difficult emotions. For others, it could also be about self-acceptance. I provide unconditional acceptance and am here to accompany you as you learn to integrate your past, live more fully in the present, and craft your future.

I have over 15 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults develop emotional strength, learn new skills, and navigate life challenges and transitions.
