About My Clients
I serve clients of all age ranges and specialize in working with young adults and adults who are having difficulty with life transitions, finding meaning or purpose in their lives, and those who feel 'stuck' in behaviors and patterns that don't align and don't serve. I work best with individuals who are open to leaning into discomfort, and those who have an interest in stepping into their most vibrant version of self.
My Background and Approach
I grew up in Canada, Alberta Canada and spent lot's of time building forts, playing outside, and learning in many different ways. Part of my approach entails supporting you to connect with your inner child to integrate, heal and grow. Currently. I'm based in Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis where I gained experience working in both hospital and school settings. My prior work as a wilderness therapy guide in Southwestern Utah informs my ability to bring deep and transformational energy to the therapy space. I have spent significant time living and working in remote rural parts of the world and have been trained in various styles of meditation and energy work during my travels in Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, as well as Central and South America. I'm currently training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My aim is to help you access your own ability to heal. I am here as a guide to support you in reconnecting with your most authentic Self. I believe every part of you is good, and that by attending to these parts we can support a more harmonized and balanced inner system. An inner system that's supported by compassion, curiosity, and warmth. I will support you as you befriend all parts of yourself, build meaningful relationships, heal wounds, resolve trauma, and create sustained and lasting change in your life.
