About My Clients
My clients are just like you. People that are doing the very best that they can do. Sometimes life can throw us a curve ball and we do not know how to respond to it. Regardless of the how large or small the problem may seem I will work with you to make change happen.
My Background and Approach
My training was in systemic therapy which is a hallmark of marriage and family therapy. If you have experienced counseling before you will most likely find my approach a little different, but most importantly liberating!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know that everyone can change and that no problem is too big. When we're caught in the middle of it it can seem overwhelming. In most cases we have already learned some tools, gained experiences, and called upon the support from others to overcome problems. I also know, contrary to common thought, is that the people are not the problem rather the problem is the problem (thank you Michael White).
