About My Clients
My clients are often high-achieving, emotionally sensitive adults who look “put together” on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in relationship patterns underneath. Many struggle with shame, self-doubt, or difficulty feeling secure in themselves and their relationships. I work with adults, couples, and gay & queer men navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges who want deeper connection, authenticity, and emotional stability.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and specialize in working with complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a therapy designed specifically for developmental and complex trauma, and integrates relational, attachment-based, and somatic (body) awareness. I focus on helping clients understand the patterns that formed early in life and how they continue to show up in present-day relationships, self-worth, and emotional security. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and non-pathologizing. Together, we work to shift survival-based patterns, strengthen self-connection, and build more authentic, fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel loved, secure, and deeply respected in their relationships, including the relationship they have with themselves. Too often, people learn to cope by trying to earn love, minimizing their needs, or disconnecting from parts of themselves in order to survive. Once, these strategies made sense, but now they can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unworthy of the kind of connection we truly long for. I believe healing involves gently unlearning these patterns and reconnecting with your inherent worth. Everyone deserves relationships that feel safe, mutual, and emotionally fulfilling, as well as a life that reflects self-respect, authenticity, and aliveness. Therapy is one space where we can begin to reclaim that possibility.
