My Background and Approach
I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and over eight years of experience in the mental health field. My journey began as a caseworker, where I supported individuals and families. Over the years, I discovered a deep passion for working with Individuals and couples, helping them navigate challenges and strengthen their emotional connections. My experience spans anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, with a focus on empowering clients to develop resilience and emotional well-being. Having personally navigated mental health struggles, I understand the importance of affordable and accessible therapy. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to connect with a broader range of clients. Together, we’ll create a safe space for growth, healing, and transformation.
