I serve a population of mostly adults, many of whom struggle with long-standing depression and questions of meaning.
My Background and Approach
My approach is mostly psychodynamic, meaning that I try to approach clients not as malfunctioning machines to be fixed, but as beings of deep complexity to be understood. I help my clients understand the origins of the patterns that cause them pain, with the goal of changing those patterns in ways that make sense to them. I am currently seeking additional training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
