My Background and Approach
Grounded in Jungian/depth psychology and spirituality, I invite clients to explore life’s challenges as opportunities for transformation. My work nurtures creativity, curiosity, and the rediscovery of the innate wisdom that guides each person toward wholeness. I consider the therapeutic process to be a shared journey and will walk with clients as they explore their inner world, gain awareness into relational and behavioral patterns, and foster connection with the soul.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all possess a source of unique truth and wisdom that some might describe as "divine". I view the personality as a collage of sub-personalities existing within the containment of the Self. In therapy, I maintain this perspective and hold space for the ever-increasing capacity for clients to embody this integrated Self. Curiosity and creativity are my preferred methods of exploring parts of ourselves that might feel disharmonious. I am not a teacher or guide, but I encourage my clients' to lean into their own sensitivity to the guiding forces that call out to us.
