I typically work with clients having issues with Depression, Anxiety, or relationships. I'm a brief therapist (usually 6-8 sessions).
My Background and Approach
I've been a therapist for over 27 years. I use several different treatment modalities, often using humor to make a point. I deal with specific problems, not learning about yourself as a person or life coaching situations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that if you change your thinking you can change your life, for the better. You also might want to earn to laugh at life, because it's too short to be unhappy!
