My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative, individualized approach. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, build skills to manage ADHD or addictive behaviors, and create strategies that fit your life and goals. My style is down-to-earth and grounded—I don’t believe in shame or judgment, and I think therapy works best when it feels relatable, realistic, and actionable. I like to mix structure with flexibility, helping clients make real changes without it feeling rigid or overwhelming. Humor and kindness are tools in our work together—they help make the process human, relatable, and even enjoyable at times. Clients often describe me as fun, kind, and easy to connect with, while also appreciating that I take therapy seriously. Sessions are a balance of practical guidance, reflection, and problem-solving, with space to talk openly about struggles without judgment. No matter what life stressor we are tackling, my goal is always to empower you for lasting change.
