About My Clients
A lot of people come to therapy feeling like they have already tried everything. The same arguments keep happening, communication breaks down quickly, emotions run high, and everyone starts to feel discouraged. Sometimes it looks like conflict at home. Sometimes it looks like shutdown, anxiety, distance, irritability, or a child who seems constantly dysregulated. No matter how it shows up, the experience can leave people feeling exhausted and unsure of what to do next.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in Bowen Family Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I help people look beyond the surface of a problem so we can understand the deeper relationship patterns underneath it. Rather than focusing on blame, I work to help clients recognize how stress, family roles, emotional reactivity, and past experiences may be shaping what is happening now.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, not judged. My goal is to create a space where you can slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and begin responding differently. Whether I am working with a couple, a parent, a teen, or a whole family, I want therapy to feel practical, meaningful, and connected to real life.
