About My Clients
Something brought you here. Maybe it's anxiety that won't quit, a mind that never slows down, or a pattern in your relationships that keeps repeating no matter how well you understand it. The overthinking, the distraction, the emotional ups and downs follow you into your work, your relationships, and the quiet moments when you just want to feel okay. You may already understand why it's happening. Insight alone hasn't been enough to make it stop.
My Background and Approach
My approach is direct and engaged. I'm not going to sit across from you in silence — I'm going to be in it with you. We'll identify what's actually driving the cycle, build tools that fit your real life, and put them to work. I draw from CBT, ACT and IFS, and I'm EMDR trained through an EMDRIA-approved program. I work with anxiety, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, burnout, codependency, grief and relationship issues — with teens, adults, couples and families. Sessions are in person in Longwood or by video anywhere in Florida, weekdays to 7 PM. A free 15-minute consultation is the first step.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take this seriously because I know what it costs to keep carrying things alone. My goal is to be the kind of therapist who tells you the truth, stays in your corner, and helps you get somewhere you haven't been able to get on your own. Therapy should fit you, not a template. Inclusivity is essential at my practice — you will be seen and accepted here. I'm a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at The Longwood Counseling Center, practicing under the supervision of Brandon Harris, LMHC. Come as you are.
