About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents and adults who have ADHD, Autism and Learning Disabilities. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help clients gain control of their thinking processes which leads to better emotional regulation. A strong emphasis in therapy is placed on developing resilience to meet life's challenges and to manage psychological conditions. I have a subspecialty in men's issues, in which I help men develop a strong and positive, masculine core.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach (CBT) approach to help clients gain mastery over their thinking patterns, which will lead to better emotional wellness. Together, we will work towards implementing attainable goals to help you develop competency and resilience which will enable you to more effectively manage challenges and be of value to others. I have been an International consultant to embassies and schools around the world. This experience has helped me develop a strong skill set in working with diverse cultural groups with complex neuro-diversity presentations.
