About My Clients
I work with clients who may be struggling with PTSD, moral injury, anxiety, depression and operational stress. I mostly work with first responder and veterans. I offer collaborative therapy grounded in respect, cultural understanding, and evidence-based approaches like CBT and trauma-focused therapy. I use evidence- based approaches to help clients process, heal, and rebuild.
My Background and Approach
My journey into trauma therapy started long before I had the credentials — it began with my own lived experiences in the military, witnessing the weight many carry after combat, loss, or crisis. After my service, I worked at the VA hospital, providing therapy to veterans struggling with PTSD, moral injury, depression, and anxiety. The common thread? They didn’t just need a therapist — they needed someone who understood. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your experiences, your pace, and your goals. My services include Individual Therapy for PTSD and Trauma Support for Civilians, Veterans and First Responders. I use CBT and Trauma-Informed Approaches in my practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a veteran and a trauma survivor myself, I know what it’s like to carry invisible wounds. I also know how powerful it can be to sit with someone who truly sees you—not just your symptoms, but your story. This practice is built on the belief that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Whether you’re facing trauma, stress, or just feeling stuck, my role is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to move forward.
