About My Clients
Hi there. I support young adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, depression, and trauma by building practical tools so you can feel more steady, clear, and in control. Together, we can identify negative patterns, reduce overthinking, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical strategies for lasting change.
My Background and Approach
If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, overthinking, feeling burned out, or stuck in stress, you’re not alone. Many of my clients have had to stay strong for others, but often navigating family pressure, cultural expectations, financial hardships, relationship difficulties, or challenging childhood experiences. I am trained in CBT and trauma-informed care, offering a structured, supportive space where we make sense of the source of your distress, and focus on practical changes that carry into your daily life. I specialize in supporting young adults from marginalized backgrounds, and many of my clients begin noticing meaningful shifts within the first few sessions.
