My Background and Approach

I work with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, using an action-focused approach that turns overwhelming problems into small, doable steps. I try to make this process feel as calm as possible so you don’t feel lost or judged. “Think of our sessions as a place where you can slow down, breathe, and finally feel understood.” I’ll guide you through what’s been happening in your mind and body, help you make sense of your patterns, and give you practical tools you can use between sessions.
