About My Clients
Clients seek my support during challenging times, including struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, and anger. I don’t see myself as an "expert" but rather as a partner in their journey, helping them confront issues in therapy. I provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals, couples, families, and children (ages 9 and up) and am comfortable incorporating faith into our work if the client desires that.
My Background and Approach
With a foundation in Pastoral Care and Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My training and professional journey have equipped me to work with a diverse range of concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space, empowering clients to discover their strengths, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
"I believe in the inherent value of every person and the power of hope, healing, and growth. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and respect as you navigate your unique journey."
