About My Clients
I am a queer therapist with extensive experience supporting couples, families, and individuals through experiences of depression, anxiety, relational conflict/distress, acculturation challenges, identity exploration, sexual issues, and trauma. I have training in working with immigrant populations, and queer and neurodivergent folks.
My Background and Approach
I am a growth-oriented therapist who believes in the inherent resources and resilience of all my clients. I practice from an experiential, trauma-informed, feminist, and postmodern lens. I utilize these practices to create lasting and meaningful experiences with my clients to support them through their specific challenges. I have specific training in utilizing EMDR and Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy to help clients counteract the effects of trauma, increase emotional regulation, and secure more agency for my clients in their lives. I am currently a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist being supervised by Kameryn Rose LMFT #119932
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a therapist that strives to support BIPOC, neurodivergent, and queer folks. I won’t pretend that I know how you should live your life, as I am just as messy as the next therapist. However, I believe that you have the inherent ability to grow, and through a shared dialogue transformation is possible.
