My primary focus is on social and emotional concerns, sexual orientation, gender identity, behavioral concerns, and school-related difficulties. I have extensive experience conducting developmental, psycho-educational, and psychological evaluations.
My Background and Approach
I tend to use various modalities to treat each client, including the use of play therapy, individual counseling, behavioral interventions, social skills training, family therapy, parent education and training, and group therapy. I have found my passion in working with individuals through a mindfulness based approach and integrating aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
