About My Clients
I work with individual adults and couples navigating a variety of life challenges. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and people from minority backgrounds, offering an affirming space where all identities and stories are welcomed and supported.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor. I take an integrative approach to therapy, adjusting my style to fit each person’s needs and personality. I’ve also completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In my work, I focus on helping people better understand themselves and their relationships — how past experiences, patterns, and choices show up in their lives today. My style is warm, honest, and supportive. I aim to help clients see what’s keeping them stuck and walk with them as they move toward healing and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to providing therapy that fully affirms LGBTQ+ identities. In my previous work, I provided counseling at a nonprofit that offers a safe, supportive space for youth of all sexual orientations and gender identities to be themselves.
