My Background and Approach
My clinical experience extends to a variety of settings, including community mental health clinics both in Mexico and the US, schools, correctional institutions and private practice. I am fully bilingual and bicultural and can offer you the opportunity to explore issues and assist you in finding solutions from an evidence-based, multicultural approach. I draw from cognitive behavioral techniques, but also focus on your personal development, relationship patterns, attachment history and biopsychosocial factors that may be contributing to your current situation.
