There are all types of causes for depression developing in a person. The passing of a loved one, loss of a job, loss of relationship, conflicts, loneliness, etc. Regardless of the cause or influence, depression will never pull up a chair and sit next to you. Its boundary is within your mind, which gives you an advantage in moving out of it because you harbor the power to change from the inside.

Anxiety starts from internal doubt of self. Internal doubt of self is a common place for many where anxiety starts from. It’s the perceived sense of an insecurity that is a birthplace of anxiety. Anxiety starts as a “messenger” of some kind to let us know some aspect of self or life needs attention, reassurance and grounding. Therefore, it starts as a need resolve an imbalance of some kind.
